1.
First of all washed and soaked the poha, till it bacome soft

Now take this poha in a bowl add boiled potato, salt, black pepper, green chilly, and coriender and cornflour as per kneed

Now make a soft dough and add if needore cornflour , now make equal sized ball from it
4.
Now put some cheese in it and cover it properly, next make slurry from corn flour and water in a bowl
5.
Prepare all balls like this and first dip this in slurry and then coated it with bread crumbs and deep fry it till it become golden brown in colour
6.
For dip put the mayonnaise in a bowl add salt and black pepper in it and mixed properly now divide it in 2 parts and add beetroot juice in one and spinach Puree in other and serve these cheesy balls with amazing dip
