Ingredients For Poha mixture Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Clean flattened rice and fry it on low flame till it becomes crispy
  • 2. Take puffed rice and fry it on low flame till it becomes crispy
  • 3. Heat the oil n deep fry potato chips, keep it aside
  • 4. Add mustard seeds, cumin and asafoetida in the same oil
  • 5. Add seasame seeds in the oil n stir fry
  • 6. Add green chillies n curry leaves n stir fry it till it becomes crispy
  • 7. Add turmeric powder, roasted peanuts and roasted gram.. Stir fry the same for 2 mins
  • 8. Take the fried items off the flame n let it cool a little
  • 9. Add salt, sugar,citric acid, flattened rice, puffed rice and potato chips, mix it well.
