Don’t Leave Poha in water for much time, it will make it soggy .

Ingredients For Poha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Firstly, take a container and wash poha properly and keep it aside for 5 Minute (Till Water Drains Out)
  • 2. Take A pan, Put Mustard Seeds and oil in it and Heat it
  • 3. Add Peanuts In the pan and roast for few seconds
  • 4. Now Add Green chillies , curry leaves , Chopped onions and Capsicums and Potatoes and Saute for few minutes
  • 5. Add Salt and Sugar (Optional) and Saute
  • 6. Add Turmeric powder in the pan and mix
  • 7. Now, Add washed Poha in the Pan and Mix It Properly.
  • 8. Add Coriander Leaves and Fresh Lime Juice all over it.
  • 9. Mix and Cook for 5-6 Minutes
  • 10. And Your Poha Is Ready.
