Ingredients For Poppyseeds and Skinless Split Black Gram Fritters Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a mixer grinder add soaked black grams, green chilli and poppy seeds together and make a fine paste.
  • 2. Pour this batter in a bowl add coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger paste, salt, red chilli powder, mix it well.
  • 3. Pick up small amounts of the mixture with wet fingers and drop into hot oil and deep fry till golden. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a deep non stick pan. fry fritters till golden brown in color.
  • 4. Serve hot with tomato sauce chutney as per your choice. sprinkle some chaat masala on it.
