Ingredients For Potato Beetroot Franky Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Make a dough of flour, a pinch of salt , a tsp of oil & required water.
  • 2. Divide the dough into two portion & mix beetroot juice in half of the dough.
  • 3. For stuffing boil potato first.Then heat 1tsp butter or oil & fry chopped onion & green chilli for few minutes.
  • 4. Add boiled & mashed potatoes, salt & lemon juice.Fry it for 2 to 3minutes.
  • 5. For wrap, take small portion from both dough & make round roti.
  • 6. Make small holes on one roti & place it on another roti. Brush oil or butter on tawa & fry the roti from both sides.
  • 7. Spread tomato chilli sauce on roti & put 2tbsp potato mixture on the center of the roti.
  • 8. Add grated cabbage ,carrot, onion & tomato on the top of the potato mixture.
  • 9. Sprinkle pepper powder & coriander leaves & wrap it well.
  • 10. It's ready to serve now.
