1.
Wash and remove the skin of the potatoes and grate it. Wash the potatoes and discard the excess water.

Take a bowl add grated potatoes,salt,amchur powder,chat masala,red chilly powder,coriander powder,cumin seeds,green chilly,ginger and maida and mix well and make a dough.

Divide the dough into balls and make a flat patties of medium thickness. At the top stick the sliced tomato.
4.
Heat oil in a pan and place the chapali kabab and shallow fry in hot oil until golden and crispy.
5.
Flipping once in between,turn the sides. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
