Ingredients For Pudding Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a saucepan, mix sugar, corn starch and salt and stir constantly by adding milk on medium heat. Boil and stir for 1 minute till it thickens.
  • 2. Gradually stir at least half of the hot mixture into egg yolks, then stir back into hot mixture in saucepan. Boil and stir 1 minute then remove from heat. Stir in butter and vanilla. Pour into dessert cups, cover and refrigerate 1 hour till chilled.
