Ingredients For Carrot cup Cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cream butter and sugar.
  • 2. Drizzle few drops of vanilla essence, and beat the eggs for few seconds.
  • 3. Now, pour in the beaten eggs into the mixture and keep creaming, until light and fluffy.
  • 4. Sieve, the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon powder, and add them in the creamed mixture, and fold.
  • 5. Also add in the grated carrot, and gently fold.
  • 6. Now transfer the batter in the muffin moulds, and put it to bake at 180 degree celsius for 30 minutes.
  • 7. Once baked, dress the muffins with some Royal Icing and grated carrot.
  • 8. Your muffin cup cakes are ready to serve.
