Methods
  • 1. Making the Mint Biscuits.
  • 2. In a bowl mix butter and sugar until its mixed well.
  • 3. Add mint extract to it.
  • 4. Sift the wheat flour,black salt and sugar into the egg mixture. Put the chopped mint leaves and kneed into a dough.
  • 5. Wrap the dough in a cling foil and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Take it out roll the dough into 1/2 inch thick dough and put it on a baking tray with parchment paper on it. Sprinkle caster sugar on the top of the dough before baking.
  • 7. Bake it at 140 degree C for 15 minutes. And the biscuits are ready.
  • 8. Making the chocolate pudding.
  • 9. Bring the milk to a boil and add the custard powder.Keep steering until its completely mixed.
  • 10. Finely chop the chocolate and add it in the milk. Keep steering.
  • 11. Once done turn off the heat and let it cool.
  • 12. In another bowl, whisk egg yolks and vanilla. Slowly add the chocolate custard in the egg mixture very slowly and mix well.
  • 13. Pour the mixture in the desired glass and put them in a water bath and bake for 20 minutes at 140 degree C.
  • 14. Once done remove them and refrigerate them for 4-5 hours.
  • 15. You can crush the biscuits or you can dip them into the pudding and eat.
