Ingredients For Quinoa Pattie Burger Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Blend boiled quinoa, onion, garlic, spices and flour in a mixer.
  • 2. Mould mixture in the desired shape and dust it with little gram flour/besan or any other flour available.
  • 3. Heat the oil in a kadhai for two minutes.
  • 4. Fry tikki until it turns golden brown. Keep tikki on an absorbent paper.
  • 5. Now cut each burger bun horizontally into two.
  • 6. Spread ½ tsp of butter insides of each half of the burger bun. Place a tikki, lettuce leaves, onion and tomato on the bun.
  • 7. Place the upper half of the bun over it. Press it lightly.
  • 8. Serve immediately with sauce.
