1.
First boil 1 cup quinoa in 2 and half cup of water and cook it for 30 minutes until its get mashy. Now take quinoa and boiled potato in a mixing bowl add salt, Garam Masala and coriander leaves and mix them well.

Now divide this dough in equal ball size portions. Now grease your hands with oil and make Tikkis out of ball size portions.

Heat heavy bottom tawa on high flame. Grease the tawa when it’s done place the Tikkis on the tawa and shallow fry them till golden brown from both the sides on low flame. Now Tikkis are ready.
4.
Now will assemble the chaat. Will serve these Tikkis with curd, coriander chutney, tamarind chutney, tanatan bhujia, anaardaana and chaat masala.
