Ingredients For Radish Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Wash and peel the radish and grate it . Take a wok heat it . Put the radish in , add turmeric, salt, red chilli and carom seeds and roast until the radish water dries on the gas.
  • 2. When this masala cools down, mix coriander, chopped onion and amla into it.
  • 3. Now take two small portion of dough and roll out it in the shape of puri. Spread three to four spoons of stuffing on top of one, cover it with the other and press it with your hands and roll it gently with your hands.
  • 4. Heat the griddle, pour the rolled paratha over it. Apply oil or ghee on both sides .
  • 5. Cook it on medium flame until the paranthas become crisp, golden.
