Ingredients For Rajgira Upma Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds &when it changes it colour,add Curry leaves,ginger&chilli.Stir for 30 seconds.
  • 2. Add potato & peanut. Saute for 2 mins in a medium flame.
  • 3. Add rajgira dana,salt & black pepper.Mix well.Saute for another 2 mins in a medium flame.
  • 4. Add water.Mix & cover the pan with a lid for 8 mins.
  • 5. Turn off the heat.Add coriander leaves & lemon juice.Seve hot.
