Ingredients For Rasmalai Cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take maida in a bowl, add baking powder n soda, elachi powder, mix it well n keep the dry ingredients aside.
  • 2. Now take a bowl, take condensed milk, curd, butter.
  • 3. Stir it properly, now add the dry ingredients n mix it well, add required amount of milk to make a smooth batter.
  • 4. Continously stir the batter in one direction. Now add rasmalai essence.
  • 5. Put the batter in a baking mould n bake it for 30 mins at 150 degree centigrade.
  • 6. Meanwhile, take sugar add double the water to make sugar syrup.
  • 7. Take hunged paneer half the quantity, mash it well
  • 8. Make small balls n put in a sugar syrup.
  • 9. Boil it till balls become double the size. Rasgullas are ready.
  • 10. For icing, take half the quantity of chenna, yellow food colour, malai, 3 tablespoon of condensed milk, churn it well.
  • 11. A smooth paste gets ready.
  • 12. Now demould the cake, once cool. Evenly apply the prepared icing paste on the top as well as inbetween the cake.( Cut the cake into 2 halves n stick with the help of paste)
  • 13. Once icing done put the rasgullas over the cake, sprinkle the chopped dry fruits , Kesar n rose petals.
