  • 1. Mix rava, rice flour, maida with salt.
  • 2. Add chopped onions, ginger, curry leaves, chilli, cumin to it.
  • 3. Add curd and water and make a batter of dropping consisteny.
  • 4. Heat a tawa with a spoonful of oil. When tawa is hot pour a spoonful of rava dosa batter and cook until crisp.
