Ingredients For Raw Mango Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Stuffing In a mixing bowl add raw mango, mashed potato, coriander, mint leaves, green chilli,Chaat masala,, salt , ajawain and black pepper powder. Mix it well. Stuffing is ready.
  • 2. Make small roundels and dust wheat flour on rolling board and roll it with help of rolling pin, make two small puri sized circle.
  • 3. Spread the stuffing on one circle , cover it with other . Roll it .
  • 4. Pre Heat the griddle then place paratha on it grease it with ghee and cook it until there appears brown spot on both the sides.
  • 5. Remove it in a plate. Serve with curd and pickle.
