Ingredients For Raw mango pickle Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take raw mango washe it and dry it with clothes it should be dry
  • 2. Make a big pices of mangoes.heat pan add oil and let it get warm to remove impurities
  • 3. Keep it on rest so oil get cool down
  • 4. Again heat up the pan add cinnamon,cloves and pappercorn and heat them for 3-4 minutes
  • 5. Get off from flame let it get cool add Fenugreek. Seeds and again heat the pan and heat it for 3-4 minutes
  • 6. Take out roasted masala and keep side now with same pan take some oil add salt and hing and mixnit well for 1-2 min keep sside
  • 7. When all spices get cool down then make powder of roasted masala
  • 8. Take powder into bowl and add red chilli powder add some salt mix it well
  • 9. Take chopped raw mangoes and mix oil salt turmuric and hing mixture nicely
  • 10. Get coating nicely with mango add some oil and mix it well
  • 11. Shift the coated raw mango in pickle jar.add coated mango 1st then add maslala and oil
  • 12. Raw mango should float in oil
  • 13. Cover the jar tight and keep in sunlight for 10-12 days
  • 14. Do not open the lid till mango get nicely marinated
  • 15. And here your mango pickle is ready
