Do not fill the moulds till top.Check them after 20 mins for doneness.Use icing augar for frosting.You can usw beetroot for red colour

  • 1. First let's prepare the buttermilk.Take ½ cup warm kilk and add the vinegar.
  • 2. let it sit .Do not stir.Thats our buttermilk.Set aside
  • 3. Now let's prepare the red velvet cup cakes
  • 4. Preheat the oven to 160⁰ Celsius and arrange silicon cupcake moulds on a baking rack
  • 5. In a bowl whisk together the flour,sugar,Coco pwder,baking soda and salt,
  • 6. Add the buttermilk,oil,vanilla and the vinegar to it
  • 7. Whisk until smooth
  • 8. Fill the batter in our cupcake moulds till ⅔ full
  • 9. Bake for 20 to 22 mins or till a toothpick inserted comes out clean
  • 10. Let's prepare the frosting
  • 11. Chop the white chocolate and melt it in a microwave
  • 12. Beat the butter and sugar till light and creamy
  • 13. add the melted chocolate,creamcheese and vinilla
  • 14. whisk till its very smooth and creamy
  • 15. fill the frosting in our piping bag and let it refrigerate for 15 mins
  • 16. lets assemble
  • 17. Crumble our red velvet cupcakes
  • 18. Take our serving jar and at the bottom place half of our crumbled cupcake.
  • 19. Now pipe the frosting and again place another layer of our crumbled cup cake
  • 20. Repeat till the Jar is full and decorate with the final layer of our frosting
  • 21. Refrigerate for atleast 30 mins before serving
  • 22. Enjoy
  • 23. If you like you can have a biscuit layer too at the bottom
