Ingredients For Rice-Lentils Mix Appe Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all soak rice and both the lentils for 3 hours.
  • 2. Gring it along and prepare a smoth and lumpsfree batter.
  • 3. Add salt and soda in batter and leave it for 2 hours for fermentation.
  • 4. Now add chopped onion,chillies and all spices and mix nicely.
  • 5. Take appe pan and grease well.
  • 6. Fill one tsp batter in all the compartments of appe pan evenly.
  • 7. Cook it for 5-5 minutes from both the sides properly.
  • 8. Rice-Lentils Mix Appe is ready to serve with ketch-up or any desired dip or chutney.
