Ingredients For ROSE FLAVOUR RASGULLA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Boil the milk in a heavy bottom vessel. When it boiled add the 2 tbsp rose syrup and lemon juice and cover the milk.
  • 2. After few minutes milk is fully curdled. Strain the milk in a muslin cloth.
  • 3. And hung the paneer in a muslin cloth for half an hour. Now we get soft paneer.
  • 4. We mashed the paneer very well and make a soft and smooth dough. Divide the dough in 20 equal size balls.
  • 5. Roll each balls between your palms. All the balls are made in the same way.
  • 6. Now we take pan and add sugar.three cup of water and boil it,once boiled add the paneer balls. Simmer the gas for ten mns and cover the lid.
  • 7. Turn off the flame The rasgulla should be floating on the syrup and its size should be double.
  • 8. Add rose water and 4 tbsp rose syrup and keep for 4 - 5 hours and serve chilled.
