Ingredients For Roti Upma Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Make dough from the wheat flour . Keep it on rest for 5 minutes. Prepare regular chapatis from the dough.
  • 2. Let it cool. Now break it into pieces.
  • 3. Heat oil in a wok, add mustard seeds, when it starts crackle add chopped onion, green chilli and curry leaves. Cook till onions become translucent.
  • 4. Add chopped tomato and all the masala. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • 5. Add pieces of roti. Mix it . Add coriander leaves and lemon juice. Turn off the flame.
  • 6. Transfer it in serving bowls.
