Recipe Notes

B careful while mixing so that no lumps should be formed . It should be medium consistency . If u want u can do the other way round aftr grinding the batter add a tadka of mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies an add it to the batter& mix well

Methods
  • 1. Soak saboo dhana & broken wheat overnight. Next day grind it into smooth paste.
  • 2. Then add salt, chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, pinch of soda an mix well. Then add rice flour an mix well. Cover it fr 15 minutes.
  • 3. Then take a paddu pan , add a pinch of oil , then add a spoon of batter an cover it for little time. Then turn it around till it's cooked.
  • 4. Serve with chutney
