Methods
  • 1. Take a non stick pan and add oil to it.now when oil gets heat ..add cumin seeds,curry leaves,ginger,chilli and saute well.
  • 2. Now add chopped potato,sendha namak, turmeric powder andmix well.then cook potato for while.
  • 3. Now add crushed peanuts,sugar,sabudana,lemon juice and give it a nice mix.
  • 4. Then cover with lid and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
  • 5. Sabudana khichdi is ready to serve with curd..
