Ingredients For Sabudana khichdi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak sabudana for 6-8 minutes. Drain excess water. Keep it aside for 6-7 hours. After 6-7 hrs sabudana becomes soft and non sticky.
  • 2. Heat oil in a wok. Add roasted cumin seeds and curry leaves. Stir well.
  • 3. Add grounded peanuts . Mix. Add potatoes. Mix well.
  • 4. Add salt , red chilli powder and cumin seed powder.
  • 5. Add soaked sabudana. Mix very well. Add peanut powder.
  • 6. Cover the wok with a lid. Cook it for 8-10 minutes on low flame.
  • 7. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot.
