1.
Take a bowl add sugar and water. Give it to boil. Add lemon juice and cardamom. Boil it till sugar completely dissolved. Keep it aside.

Take a mixer add makhana, sabudana, peanuts grind them to make a Fine Powder.Now add milk slowly .Mix it very well and make a lump free batter. Keep aside to rest at least 1/2 an hours.

Check the consistency of the batter. If it is too thick, add milk in it.

Take a pan heat oil . Take some batter in a spoon pour it into ghee, don’t touch it , it will automatically spread.
5.
On low medium heat shallow fry it until it becomes golden brown and crispy from both the sides.
6.
Put it into sugar syrup. Flip it 2-3 times. Leave it for 30 minutes.
7.
Transfer it in a serving plate.Now, garnish with chopped almonds and cashews.
