Ingredients For Sago / Sabudana Namkeen Mixture Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat enough oil in a pan. Deep fry the sago / sabudana and strain it.
  • 2. In the same oil deep fry the peanuts on a low flame and strain it. Peel and wash the potato and grate it.
  • 3. In the same oil deep fry the grated potato and strain it. Take a large bowl combine fried sago / sabudana,fried peanuts and fried grated potato and mix well.
  • 4. Season with salt,black salt ,sugar powder and chat masala and mix well. Serve with tea.
