1.
Take a mixing bowl. Add curd, salt, baking soda, baking powder to it. Whisk well.

Allow it to rest for 10 minutes.

In the meanwhile, prepare spices paste by taking red chilly, black pepper, cloves, curry leaves and make a coarse paste in a dry mixie jar. Keep aside.

After 10 minutes, add oil ,dry ginger powder and above spices paste to the already prepared curd mixture.

Adjust salt if required. Mix again in all directions .

Add all purpose flour in small amounts and mix by using cut and fold method. Ensure that no lumps are formed.

Take a baking tray, place a parchment paper on it

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
9.
Transfer the cake batter to this tray and tap to avoid air bubbles.
10.
Place the cake mould in the oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes in convection mode at 180 deg C.
11.
Once the cake is baked evenly, remove it from the oven and garnish with sesame seeds. Allow it to attain room temperature.
12.
Slice it to pieces and serve the savoury and spicy cake..
