Its a healthy breakfast recipe.You can serve it as a lunch or brunch also.I made this with wheat flour,Semolina,Sugar and Banana and I added little quantity of fennel seeds to ehance the taste of it and specially I like the flavour and essence of Fennel Seeds Very much?.

Make sure that batter should not be excess runny in texture...otherwise it creates difficulty while flipping pancakes.

Ingredients For Semolina Wheat Flour Pancake Roll Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a pot, add all ingredients,mix nicely and by gradually adding water make smooth and lumps free semi-thick batter of pouring consistency.
  • 2. Heat pan or tava.
  • 3. Pour 1 tsp oil and sread it nicely.
  • 4. Add a full laddle of batter and spread evenly immediately and cook it for 2 minutes on medium flame.
  • 5. Now flip pancake and pour more 1st oil and cook it for 2-3 minutes from other side also until it becomes golden brown and cooked.
  • 6. Finally make a roll from pancakes and serve hot with fruit jam or peanut butter.
