First, heat ghee in a pan and fry the semai. Now fry cashews and light ghee. Heat the milk. Now add khwakshir and powdered milk.Give fried semai. When it boils, add sugar, condensed milk.

Add crushed cashew nuts and crushed strawberries.take it downNow mix baking powder, semolina, salt in the flour and mix it with milk.

Put the batter in a small bowl/glass and make the katouri safe.

Heat oil in a pan and put the katouri in the oil.Remove when fried. When it cools down a bit, pour the Shahi Ksheer into the katauri.Garnish with mint leaves and flowers.
