Ingredients For Smoky Aam Panna Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a gas tandoor or barbeque,put some charcoal and roast mangoes till charred. This gives them a nice smoky flavour and aroma.
  • 2. Once they cool,remove the peels and remove flesh from the stones.
  • 3. In a blender add this pulp,all the dry ingredients and some water to blend thoroughly.
  • 4. Pass through a strainer. Add some more water and again blend.
  • 5. Add rest of the water,adjust the taste as per your liking.
  • 6. While serving,add mint leaves,ice cubes.Top with some boondi and serve immediately.
