1.
Heat ghee and add cardamom seeds in powder form. Add sooji and fry on low flame for 5min.

Add water and brink it to boil. Stir occasionally to avoid stickiness.

Once it is fully cooked, add sugar and mix it properly. When it will start releasing the sides of the pan, turn off the gas and transfer it to a square or rectangle container.
4.
Once it is cooled completely , cut it with a knife giving a barfi shape. Serve
