Methods
  • 1. Heat oil for frying in a pan and deep fry the chaap until it turns into golden brown colour.
  • 2. Add butter, salt, chaat masala and curd and mix well in it.
  • 3. For making the curry, add ginger, garlic, tomato, green chilli and fried onions in a blender and blend for a few minutes.
  • 4. Heat oil in a pan, when the oil is hot, add green cardamom, cloves, cinnamon and bay leaves and let them crackle.
  • 5. Add onion and fry then add tomato, ginger, garlic, green chilli, onion paste and cook.
  • 6. Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder and salt.
  • 7. Garnish and Serve.
