Fristly take one bowl add luckwarm water,sugar and yeast mix nicley .keep it warm place for 15-20 minutes

Next add the maida ,salt and knead for 10 minutes or till the dough is smooth cover it .keep it warm place for 1-2 hours till the dough has almost double size

Next take one vessel add water and heat it then add the Soya chunks and salt boil it

Take one other bowl add the curd ,all spices,salt, paste , kasturi methi mix wellThen add the boiled Soya chunks mix nicley .keep a freezer for 10-15 minuteDough has double then knead with oil till smooth
5.
Next take lemon size dough from dough and roll it thin and cut into long stripstake strips and marinate soya chunks . assemble to zig zag in stick Soya chunks propper ready for baked
6.
Pre heat oven .180 degrees bake it for 12-15 minute
