Ingredients For Soya Kadhi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat the oil in pan and then add cumin powder roast it for few seconds then add onion,red chilli powder and salt.
  • 2. Mix well and cook till onion turns soft.
  • 3. Till then take another glass or any container add 250 gms yoghurt and 3 tbsp besan to it.
  • 4. Mix well and add water as required to make free flowing consistency batter.
  • 5. Then add that batter to the pan and mix it gently.
  • 6. Keep stirring constantly.
  • 7. Once it turns little thicker then add boiled soya chunks to it.
  • 8. Add ½ glass water gradually as needed.
  • 9. And cook for few minutes.
  • 10. Serve hot with rice or khichadi.
