Ingredients For Soyabean in red curry paste recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak red chili in vinegar and soyabean in plain water for an hour. Makes paste of red chili, ginger and onion with vinegar.
  • 2. Heat oil and fry red curry paste until oil comes out. Boil soya for five minutes.
  • 3. Added salt as per your taste.
  • 4. Add the boiled soybeans to the red curry paste. Take it out once more. Once the soybeans are cooked, add warm water as per gravy needed
  • 5. Cover it and cook for ten minutes.
  • 6. Sprinkle ghee and garam masala powder on top
