Ingredients For Soyabean Paratha Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First mix salt, sugar and oil in the flour and mix it with water as required. Now mix and paste with ginger, garlic, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon.
  • 2. Boil soybeans, squeeze out the water and blend in a mixer.
  • 3. Heat oil in a pan and grate onion
  • 4. When the onion is fried, add the spiced paste.
  • 5. Now stir in the soybean mince.
  • 6. Mix salt and sugar sattu to taste, sprinkle cumin powder well and take it down.
  • 7. Cut lentils from the flour and fill the inside with soybean puree like a bowl and close the mouth
  • 8. Now sprinkle all the dry flour and take sand.
  • 9. Fry the parota with a little oil. Serve soybean paratha with dum alu!
