For best result u should fry it in coconut oil .Banana should be raw.and u have to fry it on slow flame.u can add chilli powder as per u need.

Methods
  • 1. Pieel of banana. Keep a deep kadai on slow flame get it warm. Take steel slicer.
  • 2. Slice banana in warm oil carefully on slow flame only fry it till they get crispy.
  • 3. Take 1 bowl add salt as per your taste add 2-3 spoon water mix it well and just spread it in oil so banana will soak it and get salty flavour.
  • 4. Do all with same procedure now add some chilli powder and mix it properly.
  • 5. Your crunchy spicy chips are ready to eat.
