Ingredients For Spicy Green Peas Crispy Kachuri Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First make green peas, raw chillies , ginger paste.
  • 2. In a pan, fry bay leaves and asafoetida.
  • 3. Now stir well with green peas paste.
  • 4. Add salt, fried cumin powder to taste. When it is dry, take it down. Mix salt, sugar and a lot of oil in the flour and mix it with water as required.
  • 5. You have to make small balls from the flour. Fill the inside like a bowl and close the mouth.
  • 6. Don't be silly anymore. If you throw sand, the kachuri will not be crispy. Heat oil and fry kachuri.
  • 7. Serve with hot sauce or chutney.
