Ingredients For Spinach Chana dal soup Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a pressure cooker add soaked dal, palak, turmeric powder, salt and 3 cup Water. Pressure cook it for 4-5 whistles.
  • 2. Take a wok heat oil. Add cumin seeds and hing. Saute for seconds. Add chopped tomatoes, ginger and garlic. Saute it for 3-4 minutes , Add red chilli powder .Add 1-2 tsp water if required.
  • 3. Add boiled dal. Mix and mash it well. Simmer it for 4-5 minutes. Dal Palak soup is ready.
  • 4. Serve hot.
