Ingredients For SPINACH DHOKLA RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Blanch the spinach and grind to make a paste.
  • 2. Take a large bowl combine rava, powder spinach puree,curd,lemon juice,salt,sugar and one tbsp oil and one cup of water
  • 3. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • 4. Add eno fruit salt in the dhokla batter and pour the batter into the plate and steam for 10 minutes.
  • 5. Heat oil in a pan,add rai/black mustard seeds once it gets crackled and then add the curry leaves and green chilly.
  • 6. Pour it over the dhokla and cut in with cookies cutter.
  • 7. Enjoy spinach dhokla with green chutney and tomato sauce.
