Ingredients For Spinach pesto pasta recipe

Methods
  • 1. Blanch spinach leaves in boilied water. Dean out water and crush in mixture jaar.
  • 2. In wok, heat oil and half of butter.
  • 3. Saute maida and pour milk. Continue stir it. Let it some thick.
  • 4. In another wok, heat butter followed by garlic. Slightly saute it.
  • 5. Add onion and tomato turn by turn and saute it.
  • 6. Now add spinach paste and mix it. Add some water and white sauce.
  • 7. Add basil, oregano and salt to taste.
  • 8. Cook it for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • 9. Add grated cheese and again cook it for 1 to 2 minutes or let it some thick.
  • 10. Now add boild macroni and mix it.
  • 11. Our pasta is ready to serve. Enjoy
