Methods
  • 1. First peel the sponge gourd and cut it into pieces.
  • 2. Now make a paste with sliced ​​sponge gourd, ginger, fennel, fenugreek and green chillies in a mixer.
  • 3. Now heat the mustard oil and fry it in black cumin, add the sponge gourd paste.
  • 4. Stir constantly with a little turmeric, salt and sugar to taste. (Low flame) When it is dry, let it cool down. (You can refrigerate if you want)
  • 5. Now mix the sponge gourd mixture with sattu, flour and rice powder.
  • 6. Now you have to make small balls. Now make it in the shape of a triangle.
  • 7. Now put poppy seeds on top.
  • 8. Heat oil and fry one by one. Serve with sauce.
