Methods
  • 1. Wash and chop spring onion with its green parts . Roughly chopp tomato and onion .
  • 2. Heat oil, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds, when it starts cracking add green chilli, ginger and onion . Cook it on medium heat.
  • 3. Add tomato, cook it for few minutes.
  • 4. Add spring onions and all the spices. Mix it . Cook for few minutes .
  • 5. Add coriander leaves.
