One can use mayonnaise or cheese instead of hung curd.You can use boiled eggs or boiled shredded chicken instead of sprouts.

Ingredients For Sprout wrap recipe

  • 1. 1st mix flour, 1 pinch salt, 1 tablespoon oil. Then add water slowly to make a dough. Cover and rest the dough for 30 minute.
  • 2. Take all sprouts in a mixing bowl. Add salt, pepper, curd, chat masala, chopped vegetables. Give it a good mix.
  • 3. Now cut 4 dough balls from the dough. Make round parathas from this.
  • 4. I have made tawa roti, as I don't consume excess oil and I tried to make it more healthy.
  • 5. Now take one roti (or paratha), place some stuffing and roll it. Repeat the same process for another 3 rolls.
  • 6. Serve with your favourite dip.
