Ingredients For Sprouts Veggies Salad

Methods
  • 1. Wash and soak the moong, moth and Chana. Let them get sprouted.
  • 2. Wash and chop all the veggies, boil sweet corn and blanch the broccoli for 3-4 mins in boiling water.
  • 3. Take mixing bowl, add sprouts and all veggies. Mix well. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper powder, seeds and walnuts. Give it a nice mix. Cover it for 15 mins. Now it’s ready to eat. Very easy, tasty and healthy salad is ready.
