Ingredients For Steamed Wheat Flour Coffee Chocolate Chunks Cake Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing bowl firstly take sugar,oil and milk and mix it well until it becomes creamy in texture.
  • 2. Now add all the rest ingredients,mix well and prepare a lumps free batter.
  • 3. Transfer batter in a square shaped cake tin and tap it well and keep the chocolate chunks over the top of the cake batter.
  • 4. Now in a broad open pot heat 2 glass of water and place cake tin into that pot and steam it on low medium flame for 30 minutes.
  • 5. After 30 minutes by inserting a knife or toothpick check cake properly and make sure that cake is cooked or not.....your cake will be perfectly steamed.....now allow it to cool down then demould the cake.
  • 6. Cut into pieces and serve it with hot cup of tea.
