Ingredients For STUFFED BHINDI / STUFFED LADY FINGER RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl add coriander powder,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,amchur powder/roasted mango powder,sauf powder/fennel seeds powder and 1 tbsp water and mix well.
  • 2. Now stuffing is ready.
  • 3. Wash bhindi /lady finger properly.
  • 4. Cut the edges of the bhindi on both sides,now cut them length wise from one side.
  • 5. Stuff the filling in the bhindi.
  • 6. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 7. Add asafoetida and sliced onion.
  • 8. Saute for one mins and add stuffed bhindi.
  • 9. Sprinkle some stuffed spices and salt and cover it
  • 10. Cook in a low flame.
  • 11. Stir in between.
  • 12. Serve hot with chapatis.
