Take a bowl with sooji,salt and water in it and make a dough out of it.

Secondly take a pan add some oil with cumin seeeds, add turmeric and red chili powder then add mashed potatoes in it mix it well furthermore add some more vegetables like carrot, capsicum onion.
3.
Now turn dough, into round shape stuff it with the potato we cooked before now fold it into pocket shape now fry it deeply.
