Firstly cut tomatoes from top and remove the pulp.

For stuffing- Heat oil in pan, then add asafoetida, cumin seed, coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and some garam masala. Now add scrambled potatoes and salt for taste.

Now fill the hollow tomatoes with stuffing. Again heat some oil and put stuffed tomatoes in pan. Cook them for 10 minutes from all sides by turning them occasionally.
4.
Take out the tomatoes from pan. Garnish them with green coriander leaves and mayonnaise.
