Ingredients For STUFFED SUJI BALLS RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Dry roast the suji.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan add finely chopped green chilly and ginger saute for one minutes.
  • 3. Add water and bring to boil,once boiled add the roasted suji and salt and stir continuously until water absorb the suji.
  • 4. Again heat oil in a pan,add carrot and capsicum and saute for one minutes.
  • 5. Add turmeric powder,red chilly powder and mix well.
  • 6. Now add boiled n mashed potato and salt and mix well.
  • 7. Now stuffing is ready.
  • 8. Take a suji dough and make a ball.
  • 9. Fill one tbsp potato stuffing into the ball and steam for ten minutes.
  • 10. Heat oil in a pan.
  • 11. Add chana dal, urad dal,whole red chilly and curry leaves and saute for one to two minutes.
  • 12. Add turmeric powder,red chilly powder and mix well.
  • 13. Now add stuffed suji balls and mix well.
  • 14. Squeeze the lemon juice and mix well.
  • 15. Serve hot with green chutney and tomato ketchup
